The Management
Lt. Dr Kanshi Ram Bawa
FOUNDER
Lt. Dr Kanshi Ram Bawa has served in Dhaliwal hospital for a span of 15 years. Here he gained the requisite proof of experience and exposure required to be able to start his own clinic to serve the poor after a span of that time. Dr Kanshi Ram Bawa is a healer at heart, who hopes to be able to do good for all people including those close to him and himself. Dr Bawa’s field work in Dhaliwal also enabled him after work for 15 years to start his own journey, where he currently aims to be able to provide for those less able and seek relief for the greater benefit of humanity. Dr Kanshi Ram Bawa has served at Jat-Punjab border region, where agrarian pursuits are high and people are physically active but unwilling and testing of medical practices. To be able to reform those, and general challenges in our region is his practice.
Ashish Bawa
CHAIRMAN
Ashish Bawa went Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab and studied business management instead of a technical medicinal degree. He has worked in various companies like Britannia Industries Limited, Ballarpur Industries Limited and KS Oils Limited for 35 years. He is a management guru who is better equipped to foresee and then work with the issues in medical field as a non-technical entrepreneur then directly working in the field. The Chairman of the enterprise has much to promise its stakeholders and board members with a strong, long and endearing career through a very radically changing times of the economy.
Madhumita Das
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Madhumita Das has studied in Nistarini College, the oldest in a region in West Bengal. She is a Master of Education and has taught at Kutidih High School for a long span of 20 years. This was a government school. She is now a retired professor thus. And holds the position of the Managing Director of the firm. The Managing Director thus holds the credibility, moral fortitude as well as the financial prestige that traditional or even current decade best practices second to, while Q4E begins on a note of strength and virtue.
